This book, aimed towards young adults, tells the story of the Navajo Code Talkers though the experiences of Hosteen Joseph and his twin grandchildren, Amy and Alan. Though the characters are fictional, the story is as real as can be.
 
The story concludes with a Navajo prayer but the book continues with a collection of historic photos and non-fiction accounts from the men who lived the experience.
